- Created in 1998, with the purpose of implementing and managing the National Roaming Service in Brazil;
- In the period between 2000 and 2005, ABR Telecom broadened its portfolio by offering to its associates Mobile Impeded Stations Records and Centralized Client Records services;
- Its expansion continued in 2006, with the implementation of the National Telecommunications Counter Fraud Project and the integration of landline providers integration to its affiliated boards;
- In 2007, a profound alteration in its statute was realized in order to act as an Administrative Entity of Number Portability in Brazil, being chosen by other providers to implement and manage such process.
- The year 2009 marked the consolidation of Number Portability in Brazil, with the service deployment conclusion in the 67 National Codes of the country.
- In 2010, ABR Telecom started to offer new services such as the Single Registry Service Prefixes (CADUP) and the ByPass Combating, plus a new solution of the Counter Fraud Service.
