ABR Telecom has a service line that operates in the national fight against fraud, through systems and processes that complement the action of the providers.

Antifraud Integrated System:
The Antifraud Integrated System is developed in partnership with the ABR Telecom's Associates in order to increase efficiency in fighting against fraud, through information sharing among the participants Associates, with the generation of alerts that complement the information available from each provider.
Centralized IMEI Database:
The Centralized IMEI Database consolidates, in Brazil, up-to-date information about stolen or lost mobile telephones, based on the blocking realized by telecom providers. The information is available in a centralized manner for all national providers, increasing the range of action in the fight against the use of impeded telephones.
Registering and unblocking:
The user that had its telephone stolen or lost shall contact the service provider and report the happening as soon as possible. The operator will inform the procedures and documents necessary to secure the blockage.
In case the owner of the mobile telephone recovers it and wants to keep using its device, service reactivation shall be required through the presentation of a legal document, in accordance with what is required by the provider.
The procedure of registering a telephone on the Mobile Impeded Stations Records that effective blockage, and if necessary, their subsequent release is performed by the operator.
EIR - Equipment Identity Register:
The EIR is a network entity used to identify the device used on each call and to authenticate (or deny) its use on the network.
Bypass Detection:
The service's goal is to assist the identification of Bypassers on Associates' network, assessing the form of test calls termination, comparing them to the usual pattern of interconnection.
