Having the registers treated and stored safely and confidentially, the Records are used in several processes related to the attendance to postpaid phone clients of telecom providers. The database managed by ABR Telecom has around 70 million client records from national providers. The solution provides systemic support to updating the records and to making available the information of the records in accordance with ANATEL requirements. With the new Management Web System, which is undergoing development, the service will provide even more transparency and quality, through the additional functions such as reports and alarms related to fraud. |
